Sales Representative

Overview

The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth and market penetration within the Zimbabwean territory. This role will involve identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving set sales targets. The successful candidate must have knowledge on van sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets, in volume and revenue within the Zimbabwean market.
  • Negotiation : Candidate must be able to effectively negotiate and close on sales.
  • Customer Acquisition: Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and customer visits.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales Process Management: Effectively manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
  • Sales Reporting: Provide accurate and timely sales reports, including forecasts, pipeline management, and customer feedback.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 1-2 years in the FMCG sector in a sales or sales related role.
  • Education: Sales related qualifications
  • Skills:
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
    • Strong organisational and time management skills
